Holder of a Degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, she is an advisor specialized in Recruiting and Development processes, with 15 years of experience in Human Capital processes, both in the corporate line and consulting.
She was a member and coordinator of Recruiting, Training, and Development areas of multinational service companies, such as HSBC Group and Hilton Corporation.
She implemented competence-based management in companies from the hospitality industry, and took part in culture change management teams.
Since 2006, she has worked as advisor to companies from different sectors on projects related to Talent recruiting, diagnosis, development, and management.
She has conducted Potential diagnoses and assessments for management teams from service companies in the financial, health, media, hospitality, entertainment, and industrial sectors.
She currently works as an organizational Coach specialized in the development of managerial skills. She takes part in academic activities related to HR and Competence-Based Management training.

Holder of a Degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, she specialized in Strategic HR Management at the School of Economic Sciences, U.B.A.
With a 15-year track record in Human Capital processes, both in the corporate line and consulting, she took part in a great number of local, regional, and global projects.
For three years she worked at Siemens AG, Munich, Germany, in the development and recruiting area of the Siemens Mobile Business Unit.
Then, she held the positions of Development Manager and HR Strategic Partner for the Medical Solutions Business Unit at Siemens Argentina.
Since 2005 she has been working in the consulting field, coordinating Workshops on Change & Development, leading HR strategic planning activities, conducting analyses and organizational structure and compensation design, coordinating goal-setting processes and performance management processes, potential assessments, assessment centers, and assessment of profiles focused on professional development for companies of different sizes and sectors in Argentina, Germany, and Uruguay. Moreover, she works as an organizational coach, focused on developing managerial leadership skills.
